How do I get started?

GenerousSolutions makes creating your custom event page, managing your tickets and registrations, and accepting payments and donations simple. Create an account and sign up. You get access to your Dashboard and can start building your event page immediately. Our simple tools will guide you through the process. Publish when ready! 

How much does it cost?

Fees are based on individual transactions. Credit card processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) and GenerousSolutions platform fees (3.0%) are collected (by default) from your purchasers. Free events have no fees. Visit our Pricing page for details.

What about data?

Data is essential for successful events, for building relationships, for performance measurement and reporting. GenerousSolutions ensures that all the data you generate is 100% owned and accessible by you.

Can I cover the Credit Card and Platform costs?

By default, GenerousSolutions adds the platform fees directly to the purchases. Most people expect to pay a reasonable fee as a convenience for online payments. But, of course, if it's important for you to absorb these fees, GenerousSolutions can seamlessly make this happen.

Where can GenerousSolutions be used?

Anywhere! We are an online platform with a vision to make all events inclusive. We are available anywhere online.
