Family Managed Supports Workshop 2020-2021
This Is A Workshop For Parents Who Have Youth Who Qualify For PDD Funding
Join us for an educational workshop devoted to helping parents who have youth aged 17 - 21 that qualify for PDD funding and are choosing an FMS contract.
Each session will be hosted on ZOOM and will run from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
A link, ID, and password will be sent to you the day of the workshop.
Family Managed Supports are services funded by the PDD Program that includes:
- Community Access Supports,
- Employment/Recreation & Respite and
- Residential Supports.
